No matter the language you use, being a champion takes effort, hard work, dedication, determination and quite often a touch of luck. The Italian word for champion is “campione” but being a champion is something to aspire to, no matter where it takes place.
This means that the WPT National Campione event is something to aim your sights on and it is something that some proud poker player will be delighted to place on their CV. You have a chance to grab a package that will take you to the WPT National Campione Main Event. This is taking place at the Casino Campione D’Italia and the package itself is worth $2,000. This should be enough to grab your attention but the fact that there is a guaranteed prize pool of €250,000 on offer should be all the incentive you need to enjoy this event.
The $2,000 package consists of the $1,400 buy-in for the WPT National 900 Campione and you have $600 to use for travel and spending money. This is because the satellite events run until the 27th of May. The actual event itself runs from the 5th of June to the 9th of June. This may be a time when most of Italy is starting to dream of the country once again being the champion of the world in Brazil but you can write your own name into the history books of Italy this summer if you play your cards right.
